Return & Refund Policy

Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. You will be notified via email once the refund is initiated.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank first, then contact us for assistance.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
